Leftover Pizza is ALWAYS a Hit!
Our summer interns have been working on their Iron Chef cooking skills. We had random leftover produce and ingredients from other recipes and as a team they decided to make pizzas for lunch. They sauted vegetables harvested from the farm and had a beautiful pizza bar, and the best part was putting the pizzas together. The crusts were made of either pita bread or tortillas. The result was amazing! We had some really tasty pizzas and our interns were amazed at how tasty the pizzas were with all those delicious vegetables.
