A youth-led conference open to youth groups throughout the Bay Area. Topics include food justice, urban gardening, and healthy cooking.
High school youth who have participated in any Project EAT internships are encouraged to apply to be a Youth Leader for the annual EAT Institute. Youth Leaders act as peer educators by planning and facilitating a conference for their peers. Youth groups from all over the bay area are invited to attend and participate in this event by creating a presentation or workshop. All education at this conference is youth-led.
